Managing Change Without Breaking Safety: Why MOC Matters More Than Ever

Let’s be honest change is part of life at any job site. A new piece of equipment arrives. A shift supervisor retires. The layout of your facility changes. Maybe you switch out a chemical supplier. Most of these changes seem small. Harmless, even.

But in my 15+ years working in industrial safety and compliance, I’ve learned this: even minor changes can create major risks  unless we manage them properly.
